I’m always keen to engage with and listen to founders with an open mind. I’m a strong believer that innovation can happen anywhere and that the best ideas often seem unconventional at the time.

Being a founder isn’t easy – start-ups are a constant state of ups and downs that require grit and resilience. I've been through the founder journey myself and have a lot of respect for anyone willing to take a risk and start something new.

I love trying new things and embracing other disciplines. I find the best insights often come from principles in fields that you wouldn’t have thought would be related to the problem you’re facing.

I’m excited by the potential for technology to re-imagine how we work. I think there are a lot of exciting opportunities across everything from the shift to remote work, continuous learning & development, and specific tools that improve productivity, collaboration, and overall wellbeing.

I try not to take myself too seriously. I appreciate the small things and enjoy getting to know people.

I’m an optimist by nature and it’s inspiring to see how much momentum is being built in the Aussie & Kiwi tech ecosystems. When I was running my start-up, there were only a handful of local success stories - now there are almost too many to keep track of. I’m excited to see what comes next.

Remember to take care of yourself – both physically and mentally. At the end of the day, it’s not only beneficial for yourself but also your company.

To unwind, I like to get away from technology where I can – from staying fit and adventuring outdoors to practicing meditation and catching up with mates over a bite.

I’m constantly surprised by the kindness of strangers and am always looking for ways to pay it forward. Feel free to reach out if you think I can be helpful.
