I love being in the company of the optimistic and ambitious. I’ve had the fortune of spending my career to date working with and around people that were brave enough to take risks, smart enough to execute on their ambitions, and optimistic enough to push through when things got tough. I find these kinds of people incredibly inspiring and hope to continue learning from them going forward.

The process of moving an idea from imagination to reality fascinates me. Being able to manifest great ideas in reality requires a whole host of skill-sets that I’m slowly trying to learn. Whether it be problem solving, product design, no-code and low-code tools, I’m fascinated with understanding how to go from zero to one.

Something that I’ve learned is the surprising power of simply asking for the things that you want. The act of asking for things moves the likelihood of something going your way from zero to there being at least some chance; and you’d be surprised at how often this converts, and how many awesome things are just an ask away.

I was born and raised in Brisbane. I moved to Sydney in 2015 because I wanted to work in tech, but I have been glad to see that such a move is becoming less and less necessary as the technology scene in Brisbane grows rapidly.

When I’m not at work, I’m generally attempting to do something creative, playing squash and exercising, or spending too much time on the internet.
