Mr Yum is a mobile menu that customers order and pay from, designed specifically for hospitality and entertainment venues.
Mr Yum is the brainchild of Kim Teo, Kerry Osborn, Andrei Miulescu and Adrian Osman. Traditional, text-based menus hadn’t changed with the times, and they saw an opportunity to create a digital menu that would be much more visual, interesting and appealing.
“The right people contribute their talent and enthusiasm, keep engagement high and spur growth.”

Hi, I’m Caitlin. I joined Airtree after a year living in Sydney, where I became immersed in the energy and ambition of the local startup ecosystem while working at a sustainable finance startup. Before that, I spent several years in London working at an investment bank.
What pulled me into the world of tech and start ups wasn’t just the pace or creativity - it was the people. I was energised by the community, inspired by the ideas, and found myself regularly attending events and talks, which led to a few serendipitous run-ins with the Airtree team.
Now, as Platform Operations Manager, I get to bring those people together, running our community programs and helping grow Airtree’s reach and impact across the ANZ startup ecosystem. It’s a privilege to work in an environment where I get to learn from some of the smartest and most ambitious people in Australia.
Here’s where you’ll find me on the weekend
Exploring, whether it’s a new hiking trail, running route, or restaurant. I’m often cooking for friends too - I love bringing people together over good food..
My daily ritual
An ocean swim to start the day. It’s usually followed by coffee and banana bread (I’m still on the hunt for the best slice in Sydney).
What I nerd out over
Travel. When I’m not planning my next trip, I’m probably already on it. Exploring new places keeps me curious and inspired.
Advice I’d give to my younger self
Surround yourself with the smartest, most driven people you can - watch how they think, lead, and work. They’ll raise your standards and help you learn faster.
