I’m driven by the belief that investing in people leads to better business outcomes. One of the things that excites me about startups is the focus so many founders have on not only solving the most complex problems in the world, but building cultures to help their team thrive and creating jobs with meaning, purpose and belonging.
My career has been guided by following a tangled thread of curiosity. Starting as a chemical engineer set the foundation for a problem-solving and design mindset that has stuck with me. I then completed a PhD in organisational behaviour and had a stint working in high-growth startups.
Now my happy place is taking a systems thinking approach to quickly synthesise complex ideas and challenges into new frameworks, products and experiences. And blending data and stories to capture hearts and minds, to take people on a journey of organisational and personal transformation.
At AirTree, we have a really clear mission - to power founders by being right by their side, right from the start. This also extends to the people of AirTree itself. It’s a thrill to play a role in creating the team, experience and culture that enables the people of AirTree to do their greatest work from the beginning of their journey with us and beyond.
By doing this, we add power to the flywheel of AirTree. When we attract and develop the best of the best in our own team, we become a stronger magnet for the best of the best founders, which in turn benefits our people, community and portfolio success.
