Mr Yum is a mobile menu that customers order and pay from, designed specifically for hospitality and entertainment venues.
Mr Yum is the brainchild of Kim Teo, Kerry Osborn, Andrei Miulescu and Adrian Osman. Traditional, text-based menus hadn’t changed with the times, and they saw an opportunity to create a digital menu that would be much more visual, interesting and appealing.
“The right people contribute their talent and enthusiasm, keep engagement high and spur growth.”

I believe I am the world's luckiest person. Being a Partner at Airtree gives me the opportunity to analyse companies and markets, commit capital to our favourite ideas, and then work with founders to realise the potential that drew us to the company in the first place. Being part of the journey with management teams as they build the most fascinating companies on the planet is incredible, and doing it with the crew at Airtree makes it the most exciting experience you can have.
Before joining Airtree, I spent most of my career in Silicon Valley investing in some of the most interesting consumer and enterprise companies in technology (Airbnb, Appfolio, Atlassian, Gitlab, Gusto, Samsara, Spotify, Uber).
I'm on the lookout for
Founders with a passion to be the best, the humility to listen and learn from others, and the courage to remain stubbornly optimistic in the face of tremendous challenges.
A common thread throughout my career
I'm always trying to improve by reading, listening to podcasts, meeting companies, learning from people, and talking to mentors. I think lifelong learning is critical—I do more homework now than I did at school.
A motto I live by
"When life gets you down do you wanna know what you’ve gotta do? . . . Just keep swimming" (Dory, Finding Nemo).
Beyond the pitch deck
While I am interested in a company's product, what I am most focused on is understanding:
1. What drives demand?
2. What makes this company different?
3. Am I excited about working with this team?
Here's where you'll find me on the weekend
I was lucky to grow up in Sydney, so the water has always been a huge part of my life. On the weekends, you will find me, my wife, and our three daughters exploring Sydney Harbour.
