Mr Yum is a mobile menu that customers order and pay from, designed specifically for hospitality and entertainment venues.
Mr Yum is the brainchild of Kim Teo, Kerry Osborn, Andrei Miulescu and Adrian Osman. Traditional, text-based menus hadn’t changed with the times, and they saw an opportunity to create a digital menu that would be much more visual, interesting and appealing.
“The right people contribute their talent and enthusiasm, keep engagement high and spur growth.”

Hi, I'm Kelly, an Executive Assistant at Airtree. My day-to-day is all about making sure things run smoothly - juggling calendars, coordinating the chaos and helping the team focus on the big stuff. After more than fifteen years supporting leaders across corporate, government, and global organisations, I found Airtree the perfect place to bring my experience into the fast-moving world of startups. Here, I get to work closely with people building ambitious things.
Advice I'd give to my younger self
Trust your instincts and say yes to opportunities - even the ones that scare you. Those choices will take you to new countries, introduce you to unforgettable experiences, and connect you with people who will shape your life in ways you can't yet imagine. Learn to embrace the journey, not just the destination: mistakes teach you as much as successes, and challenges often reveal your greatest strengths. Cherish curiosity, take bold leaps outside your comfort zone, and notice the small, quiet moments along the way. Above all, be patient and kind to yourself - life unfolds in its own time, and every step, even the missteps, is part of building the story only you can tell.
Here's where you'll find me on the weekend
You'll usually find me somewhere between relaxation and adventure - I never stick to just one thing. I don't have strict hobbies; I'm all about saying yes and embracing whatever life offers! My weekends can be anything from soaking up a good book, wandering through Centennial Park, or enjoying a bathhouse, to catching live NRL, AFL, or SailGP events. I love hiking, live music, theatre shows, trying new restaurants, and ticking off bucket-list experiences like skydiving (once is enough!). I also cherish spending quality time with family and friends. Basically, I'm up for it all.
